About the role

  • Support the growth of YFS programs by working individually and alongside the CEO
  • Analyse program feedback to meet and exceed customer expectations and feed in to further growth
  • Work with colleagues across FS to drive program offerings to meet the needs of the market

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in business development and marketing
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Has a track record and experience of developing B2B and B2B2C business relationships
  • Can independently create marketing messaging and has a natural capacity for growth hacking
  • Is organized, has good attention to detail and loves being empowered to work on their own initiative
  • Wants to work in a fast-growing and changing multicultural environment
  • Has a strong desire to make a difference every day with a passion for education
  • Has the ability to build relationships with international and culturally diverse co-workers and clients
