Our app was inspired by the author of best seller book “Atomic habits” James Clear and David Allen’s 2-minute rule for improving productivity, which states, If it takes less than two minutes, then do it now. A new habit shouldn’t feel like a challenge.
You can start by adding habits you wish to build. Then, you can set up an end date for whenever you plan to finish them. You will receive notifications to keep your habits in mind. Next step is to choose the number of 2 minute cycles you want for each task and track your progress.
