• Need to share your chart with someone outside Instagantt? Create a Public Snapshot, which will allow you to share a read-only view of your project with a simple link.

PDF & image exports

• Exports are great reporting tools, download your project in a PDF or Image export to share it with others.

Time Off management

• Log your team's vacation periods and leaves of absence with time off management, to avoid assigning tasks to users who will be out of the office.
