As per Business Insider, in August of 2021 “urban population growth was steady across all metropolitan areas…migration from cities “has largely ceased” and urban occupancy is rebounding.” The workforce movement trends that dominated 2020 - people leaving urban areas - seem to have come to a halt and are starting to reverse.
