Responsibilities

• Maintain all codes and create updates regularly
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic and deliver best-in-class code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile products
• Own the end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, oversee the DevOps and optimize the performance of existing implementations
• Debug production issues, troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently, and create subsequent mitigation plans
• Collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software
• Participating in code reviews and work on continuous improvement of the products through innovation and learning
• Stay abreast of new innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in alignment with the business

Requirements

• Prior experience as a back-end engineer
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, object-oriented design
• Working knowledge of any SQL /No-SQL and database technologies
• Excellent knowledge of NodeJs fundamentals with NestJs framework/PHP/Java/Python, etc
• Memory management, multithreaded programming and background processing
• Unit-testing and strong emphasis on TDD
• Debug moderately complex problems and analyze logs in production systems and to read existing code
• Familiarity with CI/CD environment - Jenkins, CircleCI etc.
• Strong command on concepts of Javascript - event loop, asynchronous handling
