Responsibilities

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Managing competing resources and priorities
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Forecast and track key account metrics, analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
• Participate in regular meetings with external Partners
• Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business

Requirements

• Prior experience in business analysis or a related field
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Ability to think creatively and suggest ways to improve customer response time
• Familiarity writing SQL queries
