Role
A Business Development Manager is someone who can help organization build a better brand and maximise profits. These professionals generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue. It requires experience in market research, strategy, and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Identify and generate new business leads, plan and implement new marketing initiatives
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, value proposition, and using it to develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research and evaluate industry trends by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, and discuss business strategy with stakeholders
- Resolve internal priorities and report on successes as well as areas needing improvements
Requirements
- Experience in business administration, sales, marketing or related field
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and negotiation
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of latest market trends, business tools, etc
Soft Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated individual who can drive results whilst managing a team
- Proven ability to negotiate
Bonus

$47,000 – $100,000 per yearQualifications
