Role
A Cloud Engineer is in-charge of building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for any organization. Ultimately, they work with different IT professionals and teams to ensure cloud computing systems meet the needs of organization and customers. To avail specialized expertise, organizations can break up this role into other roles.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
- Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
- Ensure superior application performance through high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
- Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs
- Comply with company security guidelines and manage cloud environments
Requirements
- X years of experience in the field of cloud computing
- Experience in the following: database architecture, ETL, advanced analytics, business intelligence, big data, machine learning
- Experience with CI/CD systems
- Experience with SysOps
Soft Skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good client management skills
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Bonus
- Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC

Salary Range (in USD)
$73,000 - $200,000 per yearQualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications are preferred
