Responsibilities

• As a Financial Analyst, it will be your primary responsibility to perform financial analysis and report tasks to support decision-making processes
• You will collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• We expect you to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and strategic planning
• The Financial Analyst's role entails a critical responsibility in managing and safeguarding the financial data associated with the inflow and outflow of Qualified Settlement Funds (QSFs)
• Assist with quarter-end tasks, such as accrual preparation, reporting landing positions, submitting group forecasts, and serving as a liaison with various members of the finance and HR teams
• Your duty as a Financial Analyst will be to conduct cost analyses. Based on that, you will develop recommendations to further optimize our organization's financial performance
• It will be your duty to collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and guidance on financial matters
• As a Financial Analyst, it will be your responsibility to carry out various tasks, including loans, census, trust accounting, packaging, and valuation imports as per the needs of the administration
• You will be responsible for creating documents to support ongoing business reviews. The documents- scorecard updates, operating reviews, and dashboard reviews will fall within your purview
• We expect you to monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to communicate the financial health of the organization
• Prepare and deliver timely Management Information System (MIS) reports that are consolidated and business-focused to determine profitability and conduct monthly reviews as part of the financial reporting process
• You shall contribute to financial audits by preparing documentation, analyzing records, and assisting auditors as needed
• It will be your duty as a Financial Analyst to support the creation of the annual plan, budget, and cycle forecast. You will ensure proper data is uploaded into the specified budgeting and forecasting tool
• You must stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations. You will ensure compliance and inform financial strategies as well

Requirements

• You must have a strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• You should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools to analyze and interpret complex financial data accurately
