Responsibilities

• You shall oversee and manage all aspects of our company's operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service
• We expect you to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• As a General Manager, your responsibility will be to establish and oversee your department while creating a clear vision, strategy, and action plan for operations that are in line with the goals of the company

• Build our company's reputation through working with clients, the government, neighborhood groups, and employees, as well as by enforcing ethical corporate conduct
• As a General Manager, it will be your duty to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• You shall establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
• Your duties and responsibilities as a General Manager include establishing goals, budgets, and metrics for results; allocating resources; monitoring progress; and making mid-course adjustments to help achieve the objectives
• We expect you to monitor financial performance by analyzing financial statements. Based on your assessments, you will implement cost-control measures

• Your General Manager's duty and responsibility will be to maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational courses, reading professional publications, building personal networks, and benchmarking cutting-edge techniques
