In this role of a Housekeeper, you will collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and other team members to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard. Your main responsibilities will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and suggest new ideas to enhance our guests' experience.

Responsibilities
- You shall ensure all areas of our place are clean and tidy
- We expect you to dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors regularly
- You will be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Your Housekeeping duties and responsibilities include providing friendly and responsive service to guests or residents. You will be attending to special requests and ensuring guest satisfaction
- We expect you to wash and fold laundry, as well as change bed linens
- You shall maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, stairs, and living rooms
- Your Housekeeping duties and responsibilities include arranging furniture and decor in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner and replenishing amenities such as toiletries and supplies
- We expect you to keep storage areas organized and free from clutter
- You will be responsible for emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
- Your Housekeeping duties and responsibilities include operating and maintaining various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- We expect you to report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- You should adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for guests, residents, or staff
Requirements
- You should have experience in performing all aspects of general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and organizing
- We expect you to be familiar with the proper use and maintenance of various cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuums, mops, brooms, and cleaning chemicals
- You must have strong attention to detail to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to our standards
- It is important that you can prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time efficiently to complete all assigned cleaning duties within the given timeframe
- We require you to have good physical stamina and strength as this role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects on a regular basis
- You should be able to communicate effectively with other team members and follow instructions accurately to maintain a harmonious working environment
- We value honesty and trustworthiness, so it is crucial that you handle confidential information and personal belongings with care and respect
