Responsibilities

  • As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibility includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • We expect you to develop and implement effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee productivity and engagement
  • You shall oversee all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Your duties and responsibilities as an HR Generalist include developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction and identifying and addressing factors that may contribute to employee turnover
  • We rely on you to provide guidance and support to managers and employees on matters related to HR, including policies, benefits, and performance issues
  • Your duty as an HR Generalist will be to assist in salary administration, including job evaluations and market research, and manage compensation-related matters such as salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs
  • You will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs on various HR topics, like diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership development
  • Your HR Generalist roles and responsibilities include handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Further, you will conduct investigations into workplace issues and disputes and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • We expect you to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Your duties and responsibilities as an HR Generalist include administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues
  • You shall actively participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys and talent management programs
  • You will communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational needs, providing strategic HR advice and solutions
  • You will be responsible for facilitating internal communication, including disseminating HR-related information, policies, and updates and handling communication during organizational changes or crises
  • You must stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and practices comply with these laws. You will also assist with compliance reporting and audits

Requirements

  • You should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits
  • You must be able to effectively communicate, build, and sustain relationships with employees at all levels of our organization, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills
  • We expect you to be proficient in using HRIS software and other HR tools for data analysis, reporting, and managing employee information
  • As an HR Generalist, you will need to handle confidential information with discretion. Therefore, you should maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Your problem-solving skills should be top-notch, allowing you to interpret and analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions that align with company policies and best practices
  • You must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping of HR-related activities
  • You should have the ability to build relationships, exhibit empathy, and work effectively with a diverse group of individuals
