Responsibilities

  • As an Office Manager, it will be your duty to oversee and manage all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • We expect you to maintain and organize office records, documents, and files efficiently for easy retrieval
  • You shall be responsible for managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and employees
  • Office Manager duties and responsibilities include assisting in budgeting and financial management by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records
