Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility as a Program Manager will be to develop and align program goals and objectives with the organization's strategic vision. Ensure that programs support the long-term business objectives
• You will clearly define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the program and develop a program management plan to guide its execution
• You shall oversee the successful execution of various programs and projects within our organization, ensuring they are delivered within the designated time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
• You will collaborate with many teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, as well as develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• As a Program Manager, your duties and responsibilities include allocating and managing resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure the successful execution of program activities
• We expect you to monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• You shall facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners involved in the program, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
• A Program Manager’s responsibility is to establish a governance structure that includes decision-making processes, roles, and responsibilities for program stakeholders
• You will evaluate project performance against key metrics and KPIs, generating regular reports and updates for senior leadership and highlighting achievements, challenges, and any necessary adjustments or recommendations
• We expect you to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the program management function
• It will be your duty as a Program Manager to maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, reports, and records of decisions, to ensure transparency and accountability
• You shall actively contribute to the development and enhancement of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
• You will be responsible for conducting post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess the program's outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• We expect you to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and relevant regulations or standards, incorporating them into program management strategies and initiatives

Requirements

• You should have experience managing complex projects from start to finish. This includes planning, execution, and monitoring
• We expect you to have strong leadership skills. You should have the ability to effectively manage a team of diverse individuals
• You must be able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed
• We require you to possess robust communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with the other teams and present project updates to senior management
• Experience in leveraging project management tools and methodologies is essential for this role. You should be proficient in using these tools to track progress, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions
• You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and on time. Your ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources accordingly will play a key role in achieving this
• We expect you to have a strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. You should be able to proactively drive change and implement best practices
