We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter at our organization, you will play a huge role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing organization. You will communicate and collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Your main responsibilities will include crafting compelling job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications. You will also be responsible for building, handling, and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • As a Recruiter, your roles and responsibilities include sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • We expect you to screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess applicants' qualifications and fit for the role
  • It will be your duty as a Recruiter to collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specificA bachelor's degree in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Specialized degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR or a Master's in Human Resources job requirements, including skills, qualifications, and the type of candidate they are seeking
  • Your duties include reviewing resumes, cover letters, and job applications to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role
  • We rely on you to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to making offers and negotiating employment terms. This includes administering assessments, tests, or other screening tools to evaluate candidates' technical skills, personality, and cultural fit within the organization
  • You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and attending industry events to identify potential candidates
  • It will be your responsibility to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback
  • You will be extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms such as salary, benefits, start date, and other employment conditions
  • We expect you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes
  • Your roles and responsibilities as a Recruiter include conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates to verify their qualifications and employment history
  • You will be keeping track of candidates' progress in the hiring process, updating candidate records, and ensuring the ATS is accurately maintained
  • You shall maintain up-to-date records of candidate information and regularly report on recruiting metrics to management
  • Your duties and responsibilities as a Recruiter include participating in employer branding activities, promoting the company culture, and representing the organization at career events or industry conferences

Requirements

  • You must be able to effectively source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media handles, and networking events
  • We expect you to have a strong understanding of different sourcing techniques and the ability to tailor your approach as per the unique needs of each position
  • You should possess robust communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to engage with candidates and build rapport throughout the recruitment process
  • We value your ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to open positions, ensuring a strong fit between the candidate's skills and our company's requirements
  • You should have strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • You must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • We require you to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your knowledge and expertise in the field of recruitment
  • You should exhibit strong interpersonal skills, being able to work collaboratively and build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs
  • We expect you to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to candidates and hiring decisions

Salary Range (in USD)

$42,500 to $90,491 per year (Talent.com)

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Specialized degrees in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on HR or a Master's in Human Resources
