Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and product information
  • Your duties and responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator will be to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, contracts, and quotations
  • We expect you to maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for the sales team
  • You shall assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals to enhance their effectiveness in client meetings
  • We expect you to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and finance to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes and the timely delivery of products or services
  • You will assist sales team members in scheduling appointments, meetings, and sales calls, and you will manage the team's calendar effectively
  • It will be your responsibility as a Sales Coordinator to coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability for orders
  • You will play a vital role in organizing and attending sales meetings, taking minutes, and distributing relevant documents to attendees
  • Your duty will be to interact with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and handle requests. You will maintain positive and professional customer relationships
  • We expect you to proactively follow up on potential leads generated from various sources, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to the sales team

  • You will regularly report to Sales Managers or higher-ups regarding sales team performance, challenges, and areas that require attention or improvement
  • It will be your responsibility to ensure that sales processes and documentation comply with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • You must have robust communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • We expect you to be highly organized and detail-oriented as you will have to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • You should possess strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide timely solutions to ensure our goal of customer satisfaction
  • You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results
  • We need you to be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to maintain accurate records and derive insights for decision-making
  • You should be adept at building and maintaining relationships with customers by providing them with exceptional service and support
  • You must have knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to sales practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales and administrative tools
